Biography

Hristomir Hristov was born December 31 1974. His passion for bodybuilding was engendered by the pictures of bodybuilders that were exposed on the shooting yards, which he visited regularly. When he was in school he practiced wrestling even he participated in dancing ensemble. From very early ages Hristomir loves sporting very much.

Initially, Hristomir was training for himself together with Momchil Milev in the gym of Yanislav Tachev. In 1996 Yanislav had foreseen the great potential of Hristomir and suggested him to participate in the Republic Championship and he won the third place. Before starting preparation and training with his friend and trainer Petar Petrov, Hristomir has prepared and trained mainly by himself. During 1997 Momchil Milev has helped Hristomir for preparation of his pre-competition diet and thus he became champion.
